The 2011 Year in Review

Wow can you believe it is 2012 already!?! This past year definitely went by fast! This year was an interesting one for us here at ThinkComputers. We had a great year of reviews, articles and giveaways! First off we want to thank you the readers for continuing to come back to the site and read our articles and reviews. We also want to thank our great sponsors for providing the products we have the opportunity to review. Read on to see the popular content from 2011 and some other interesting stats…

Gaming Friday is Born – We all know that many people who visit our site play video games so we started Gaming Friday, where we do a brief overview of a game that you can play all weekend. The series of articles has gone over quite well.
Attended theGXL – The GXL was a great LAN party we attended this past year. We actually setup a booth and everything. It was great gaming and introducing people to ThinkComputers at the same time!
How to Start a Tech Site Webinar – We hosted the “How to Start a Tech Site” Webinar with John Chow, Stephen Fung and Gary Ng. It was really cool and great to answer questions and tell people all about starting a tech site. You can actually still watch the website here.
Launched our YouTube Channel – ThinkComputers never had an official YouTube channel so we got that started and from there we started doing unboxing videos. Many people liked those so we have continued doing them and now they are a major part of the site and every review.

I believe that 2012 is going to be a great year for us here at ThinkComputers. We are really excited to attend CES this year in only a week! There will be a lot of video coverage of the event on our YouTube page. Also in 2012 we want to keep on pumping the content out for you our readers and continue to grow the site as well as our Twitter, Facebook and Google+ pages! Thanks to everyone for a great 2011 and I know 2012 is going to be even better!

About 10 years of computer experience. Been messing around with electronics since I was 5, got into computers when I was in highschool, been modding them ever since then. Very interested in how things work and their design.
