At the bottom of each drive bay is a latch that will release the tray and allow you to slide it out. This makes it very easy to get your drives installed. The trays themselves support both 2.5-inch and 3.5-inch hard drives. They are made of plastic though.

The sides of the units a plain except for a sticker on the right side. It would have been cool to see a TerraMaster logo on the side. At the bottom of the unit you’ll find four rubber feet that make sure you won’t scratch your desk up. There are also ventilation holes on the bottom, which allows air to come into the unit and cool off your drives.
