Final Thoughts
Overall both the TH and TH Pro left me pleasantly surprised with the overall audio quality. They feature big sound in a lightweight package. They performed well when it comes to gaming, and if you’re looking for an all encompassing headset, they work well with movies and music too. For me though, comfort is also important when looking for a headset, especially if you plan on wearing them for extended periods. And that’s were both headsets stumble a bit. But like I mentioned before, comfort can vary from one person to another. So where I found issues with both headsets, others may not.
Right now the MSRP for the TH is $69.99 and the TH Pro $79.99. At this price point, I feel they deliver in terms of sound quality and performance, but overall comfort leaves much to be desired, especially when compared to other headsets in this price range. Overall ThinkComputers gives the TekRepublic TH headset a 6 out of 10, and the TH Pro a 7 out of 10.
