Speck AftPack Notebook Backpack Review

Usage & Testing
So how are we going to test out the AftPack? Load it up with gear and use it of course! I loaded it up with what I normally take with me on a daily basis, which includes my Lenovo ThinkPad Edge 13-inch notebook, iPhone, digital camera, a book, power adapter, power strip, Kingston MobileLite G2, flash drive, iPhone connector, a pen and my keys.

Everything fits nicely inside of the AftPack. First I put my laptop in the laptop compartment and my book in the larger compartment. The card reader and flash drive went in the small compartment that is in the main compartment. In the front compartment I put most of the other accessories and my digital camera.

The pockets on the front of the bag are great for media devices, my iPhone fit perfectly in one of them. In the front pocket there is also a key fob that makes it so you won’t lose your keys.

After you have everything in the AftPack you can go ahead and put it on. It is very comfortable and since it isn’t the largest backpack out there it makes carrying it easy. Also hidden in the shoulder straps is a buckle connector that will give you even more support if you need it.

The hidden carrying handle also works very well.
