Scosche goBAT 6000 Portable Charger Review

Scosche goBAT 6000 Overview
The Scosche goBAT 6000 looks a lot like your typical portable charger. It is all black and has a nice glossy finish to it. The device itself is not all that large at all, it is a 3.5-inch x 2.5-inch square that is only about an inch thick. While not the thinnest portable charger we’ve seen it can still fit in your pocket.

On the front of the device there are two USB outputs, one that is 1A and one that is 2.1A. This makes this an ideal charger say if you have a tablet and a smartphone. There is also a set of 4 LEDs that are above that ports that will let you know how charged the goBAT 6000 is.

On the left side of the device is a small power button. If you haven’t guessed already this is a 6000 mAh portable charger, which means it should charge most smartphones 3 times over.

The thing that makes this portable charger different from most is that it does not actually have a charging port of its own. It has a pop-out wall charger on the back. This means you never have to go searching for that cable or power brick from another device to charge the goBAT.
