Usage
Before you start using the PowerSkin you are going to want to charge it up. Just plug in the included cable to an open USB port and the PowerSkin will start charging. The LED’s on the bottom of the case will show you how full the battery is.
Now that the PowerSkin is all charged up let’s get our iPhone installed. Installing your iPhone is very simple, just slide it in from the top conneting the dock connector at the bottom and you are good to go. Installation takes less than 10 seconds! When you install your iPhone in the PowerSkin it will most likely start charging right away. To turn off the charging just press and hold in the button on the bottom for 3 seconds. This way you can wait till your phone battery is low then turn the charging on.
On thing I did notice was how deep in the camera lens and flash was. I thought this might be a concern when taking photos, but after taking quite a few different photos using the flash it was no issue at all. All of the openings and buttons work great.
One thing that I really like about the PowerSkin is that I am able to charge the case as well as sync my iPhone with the USB cable. So I am never stuck where I can’t charge my iPhone.
