NZXT Unveils the Phantom 530 Case

Back in 2010 NZXT released a case that would become one of their most popular cases of all time, the Phantom. The Phantom was truly a unique case and now NZXT is presenting its direct successor in the Phantom 530. While one the outside the Phantom 530 looks much like the original Phantom inside you will find many of the latest features NZXT has been showcasing on their latest cases.

Just like the original the Phantom 530 is a full tower case. It supports ITX, micro-ATX, ATX and E-ATX motherboards. A door on the front of the case covers up three external 5.25-inch drive bays. Inside there are three removable hard drive cages that support six 3.5-inch or 2.5-inch hard drives. There is also room on the back of the motherboard tray for another 2.5-inch drive. VGA card clearance is 310mm with the hard drive cages installed and 444mm with the cages removed so you shouldn’t have any issues with longer video cards.
