New NZXT Case Bends it’s Way into CES 2016

At a cloudy mid-day meeting just outside the strip in Las Vegas, NZXT finally pulled back the veil on their newest creation. After two years of development and many build ups and tear downs the small group of builders and designers from Las Angeles has finally shown to the world their first small form factor case.

At this point I would mention the name, price, and color availability but we don’t actually have that information. What we were given was a hands on preview of a small form factor masterpiece. We do know that the case will be released on the 26th of January, just a few weeks away, and might have up to three color options. Wrapped in NZXT emblazoned car body plastic wrap this steel creation is a serious bit of eye candy.

Designed with the Ferrari Scuderia in mind the bulging front, side, and top panels mimic the gorgeous lines of the famous super car. The curving steel panels are actually an industry first and took a lot of design and manufacturing work.

At the edges where the panels typically come together, this unnamed case features angled venting designed to maximize airflow. At the front there’s a recessed power button as well as two usb 3.0 ports and audio jacks.

While we didn’t get a look at the inside of the case through the enormous window, we were given the impression that it will be nothing less than perfect.
