MSI Shows Off Their Most Outrageous Threadripper Motherboard – MEG X399 Creation

This year at Computex we are expecting to see new motherboards based on Intel’s upcoming Z390 chipset, but MSI is showing off a new X399 motherboard. Not just any X399 motherboard, their most outrageous X399 motherboard yet, the MEG X399 Creation. Taking a first look at the board you can see what we mean, this board is definitely larger than ATX, likely an E-ATX board.

The board has very aggressive heatsinks, in which you have a massive L-shaped heatsink that sits towards the bottom-right corner of the board. It covers the AMD X399 chipset as well as three M.2 slots. The top heatsinks are some of the largest VRM heatsinks we’ve seen an a while.
