Testing
We will be running the IdeaCentre A720 through a battery of benchmarks to really give you a good idea of performance. Before we do that lets open up CPU-Z and see what is under the hood.
First up is PCMark. We will be running both PCMark 7 and PCMark Vantage.

To test video performance I decided to run 3DMark Vantage on both the “Entry” and “Performance” settings.
Geekbench is next and it is more of a processor benchmark.
SiSoftware Sandra has quite a few different processor benchmarks built into it, but we ran the Processor Arithmetic and Processor Multimedia benchmarks.
To compete our tests I used AIDA64’s cache & memory benchmark to test the memory.
