Intel E-mailing Tech Media Over Ryzen Reviews

It seems like Intel is scrambling over what to do about Ryzen. Now it seems like they are sending the tech media emails saying “call us before you write” your Ryzen review. I guess this is what happens when AMD releases a $499 processor that offers performance that rivals Intel’s current $1000 processor.

Charlie over at Semi Accurate said, “Intel PR sent out a last-minute “call us before you write” email to most of the press, but not SemiAccurate, after hours last night. You could infer that they are suddenly really worried about something”.

Based on everything that we’ve seen in the past week Intel is pretty worried about Ryzen.

i got my ryzen intel fuck off

  • Well considering Intel for years has been more focused on giving chips to extreme overclockers running liquid nitrogen and essentially told reviewers to go take a hike essentially when it came to getting chips and AMD is acting much more friendly I have to say that your going to see a lot more AMD test systems this year in reviews!
