Gigabyte Rolls Out the J1800N-D2H Mini-ITX Motherboard

Gigabyte has just announced the J1800N-D2H Mini-ITX motherboard. With this release they join a number of companies offering Bay Trail D compatible motherboards. This board features Intel’s Celeron J1800, which belongs to the Bay Trail D family. It uses the Celeron brand name and is part of the Silvermont architecture. This low-powered SoC is designed for small systems such as HTPC setups.

Gigabyte J1800N-D2H Mini-ITX Motherboard

The Gigabyte board features a J1800 processor which is clocked at 2.41 GHz with speeds up to 2.53 GHz via boost. On the motherboard you have two DDR3L SO-DIMM slots, a PCI-Express x1 slot, mini PCI-Express x1 slot, a SATA 3Gbps port and a single USB 3.0 port. The board will only support 8GB of memory.

Pricing for the J1800N-D2H has not been revealed yet.
