GeIL EVO Forza DDR4-2400 32GB Memory Kit Overview
The first thing that you’ll notice about the GeIL Forza memory is that it stands out quite a bit. That is because of its bright yellow heatspreaders. They have a really cool yellow and black design and look just awesome. GeIL also offers this memory in a black / red option as well.
This of course is a quad-channel kit so we have four memory modules. These are four 8GB modules that will run at 2400 MHz with timings of 16-16-16-36 at 1.2V. Even though this kit is designed as a quad-channel kit you can run it in a Z170 or Z270 system as dual-channel memory.
The black and yellow heatspreaders make use of GeIL’s MTCD – Maximum Thermal Conduction & Dissipation technology. On the main side you have both GeIL and EVO Forza logos. Typically we don’t see yellow memory so it looks quite good!
Flipping over to the other side it is pretty much the same with exception of a sticker which gives you all of the relevant information on the kit. We also want to point out that the PCB of the memory is black, which goes perfect with the heatspreader.
The heatspreader does extend up above the actual module. Unfortunately GeIL does not list size specifications, so we are unsure how tall the actual heatspreaders are.
The black and yellow continues on the top of the heatspreaders. You have black on one side with the GeIL logo in red and then yellow with the EVO Forza logo in black.
