G.SKILL Achieves World’s Fastest Quad Channel Memory Speed at 4072MHz

The Taiwan based manufacturing company has yet again caused a stir with its record breaking speed results. The G.SKILL memory set out to test the speed limits with the latest and highest performing Intel processors and in no time achieved the highest records. The G.SKILL memory started planning this right after the official release of the Ivy Bridge-E Core i7 Extreme processors.

Once again the G.SKILL memory has broken the records for the fastest DDR3. The TridentX memory kit was used to test the over clocking speed which ultimately reached the maximum of DD3 4072MHz. This was G.SKILL’s first as there has never been an instance when a quad channel DDR was able to break through and cross the record of the 4 GHz. The credit partially goes to the Intel i7-4960X CPU and the motherboard by ASUS. A record validation has also been provided by the CPU-Z and screenshots of these record scores can be seen all over the internet.
