EVGA Shows Off New Gaming Case

EVGA is a company we primarily known for graphics cards and motherboards, but this year at CES they were showing off a new gaming case that definitely has a lot of potential. The EVGA Gaming Case is quite large support E-ATX and XL-ATX motherboards so you can really put an extreme system inside.

So as I mentioned the EVGA Gaming Case is quite large. We do not have official dimensions, but think Corsair 900D size. This means you have quite a lot of space for watercooling, at the front and top of the case you have room for 360 mm radiators. Like most cases we’ve seen at CES this year there are no 5.25-inch drives on this case.

EVGA has designed the case so the side of the case will act as the front. So first you have a large side panel window that will allow you to show off all of your hardware inside. Moving down there is a fan controller that will display your fans speed in percentage. All of your front ports and power button are on the side of the case too.

Moving inside as I said you have room for motherboards up to XL-ATX and E-ATX, and multiple graphics cards. There are many cable routing holes visible too so you shouldn’t have any issues routing your cables either.

The back part of the case opens up to reveal two cooling fans. One is specifically made to cool your graphics cards. All of the cabling coming out of the back of the case is routed to a single location to keep things nice and clean.

With the back side panel off we can see all of our storage options which include six hard drive trays at the bottom of the case and five SSD mounts on the back-side of the motherboard tray. The power supply will also be mounted in the bottom of the case.

Now we have no official word on pricing yet and we know EVGA will be making some changes to the case before they release the final version. Expect to see this case no earlier than Q2 of this year.
