While EVGA was showing off new GTX 1080 and GTX 1070 cards at Computex they also had a trio of new SLI HB (high-bandwidth) bridges to go with these new cards. The SLI HB bridges will be available in 1U (no gap between two 2-slot cards), 2U (1-slot gap between 2-slot graphics cards, and 3U (2-slot gap between two 2-slot graphics cards).
Each of the bridges feature an EVGA logo that lights up with RGB LED illumination. These will match up perfectly with EVGA’s GeForce 10-series cards as they have the same light-up EVGA logo on them. SLI HB bridges are needed by GeForce 10-series graphics cards for “the best performance” in 4K @ 60 Hz HDR, 4K @ 120 Hz, and 5K, according to NVIDIA.
