EK Water Blocks has unveiled the first photos of their full-coverage water block for AMD’s dual-GPU Radeon R9 295X2. The EK-FC R9-295X2 is one of the few full-coverage blocks that features coolant channels that span the entire length of the card. It is designed this way so that the coolant is distributed uniformly to both GPUs, the memory, the VRM and the PCIe bridge.
The block will come in two variants, one with a clear acrylic over the two GPUs, with an aluminum central top and one with an opaque acetal top instead of clear acrylic. You will also have the choice of clear copper or nickel-plated copper material. It also looks like EK will either be bundling or separately selling a single-slot expansion bracket for the card.
