ECS Liva Mini-PC Pictured and Detailed

The ECS Liva Mini-PC is set to take on Intel’s NUC and the Gigabyte Brix. Ahead of its launch pictures and details of the mini-PC has been published by Japanese media.

The Liva runs on Intel’s Bay Trail-M SoC, which allows the unit to be completely fanless. A large metal heatsink is used to cool the heatsink.

Even though it is small the Liva has a great deal of on-board connectivity including D-Sub and HDMI outputs, gigabit Ethernet, WiFi, Bluetooth, USB 3.0 and stereo HD output. The unit will come with its own 2 GB of DDR3L onboard RAM and 3 GB of eMMC storage.

The Liva measures 118 mm x 70 mm x 56 mm and weighs in at 190g. It is expected to be priced under $200.
