Origin is of course EA’s digital distribution platform. If you play any of the Battlefield games or Star Wars Battlefront you are definitely familiar with it. EA has just done an overhaul of the client giving it a softer and sleeker look over the current client.
Besides looking better the new client is more functional too. The store and library are easier to navigate now, download progress is more readily displayed, and the store is much more intuitive to browse.
This new client is currently in beta, but if you want to access it early on go to Origin > Application Settings > General then check “Update to beta version when available” and then reboot the Origin client.
