Corsair M65 Pro RGB Gaming Mouse Review

Usage & Final Thoughts
I have been using the M65 Pro RGB for a few weeks now and I have to say I love it. I am more of an FPS gamer playing games like Counter-Strike: Global Offensive, Pay Day 2, and Star Wars Battlefront. I has just the right amount of buttons for me and the sniper button is just great, every FPS mouse should have this feature.

Corsair has kept the same design as the original M65 and I can definitely see why. It is extremely comfortable, feels great in my hand and is not all that heavy either. The unibody aluminum construction really makes a difference here. Again, as I said multiple times in this review there is no wonder the M65 mice are favorites among FPS gamers. The weight system is great and I like how it is spaced out, instead of having all of the weights in one spot.

The biggest addition to this mouse is the Pixart PMW336x optical sensor. Being that it is a 12000 DPI mouse you have quite the range to play around with and decide which accuracy you like the best. The sensor tracks extremely well and since using the mouse I’ve experienced nothing but smooth gaming. The sensor offers surface calibration technology so no matter what surface you are playing on you can get the best performance from the mouse.

Corsair allows you to customize and program the mouse using its CUE software, which works with all Corsair gaming products. You can easily reprogram all of the buttons, change DPI levels, set shortcuts and macros and so much more.

This is of course an RGB product and you can customize the lights on the front and back of the mouse. While I think the LEDs behind the Corsair logo on the palm rest of the mouse look great, the ones on the front are not that visible at all.

At the end of the day if you are looking for a great gaming mouse, especially if you are an FPS gamer the M65 Pro RGB from Corsair is one of our top picks! Right now you can pick it up at our favorite online retailer for $59.99.
