Installation
So what will we be installing into the Enforcer? Here is our parts list…
Processor: Intel Core i5-2500K
Motherboard: MSI P67A-GD80 B3
Video Card: Sapphire Radeon HD 6850
Memory: Patriot Viper Xtreme Division 2 DDR3-1866 8GB
Power: OCZ ZX-Series 850W
Storage: Western Digital Caviar Black 1TB & ICY DOCK MB974SP
Optical: ASUS Blu-ray drive
The first thing you are going to want to do is install your motherboard. It easily goes into the Enforcer without any issues.
I decided to install the optical drive and the ICY DOCK MB974SP next. I removed all of the front bezel covers, then went ahead and installed both devices. They easily went right in and I locked them into place with the tool-less locking system.
Installing your hard drives is simple, just install the 2 rails on each side of the drive and then slide it into an open space in either of the hard drive cages. As I said the hard drive cage can be removed for even easier installation.
The power supply is next. It easily slides into the spot on the bottom of the case. I had thought that the 2.5-inch hard drive cage would get in the way, but with this power supply it did not. Although things were a little cramped around the connections. I would make sure you are using a normal-sized power supply with this case, just to be sure.
The last thing to install in the video card, which goes right in and is secured with 2 screws. Finally you are going to want to connect everything up. I was able to route many of the cables around the back side of the case, which made for a pretty clean install.
Once you have everything installed you can put the side panel back on. As you can see from the photos below you can see most of our system through the side panel window. When you power the system on there is a small LED section on the top of the case that lights up and the front intake fan lights up bright red.
