CES 2012: Sony Tablets

Our focus this year for the Sony booth was the Japanese electronics giant’s new line of Android tablets. The Tablet S is a 9.7″ tablet with a unique wedged edge developed as the result of rigorous user testing and feedback. The wedge helps the user better balance the unit by shifting weight to one had without increasing the overall weight of the device. The Tablet P is Sony’s newest design, a clamshell tablet with dual screens. For both, Sony used screen designs from its line of televisions in order to deliver the highest quality viewing experience. ThinkComputers’ Colin Dean speaks with Sony’s Otis Gates about this line of tablets.
