[ad]CyberPower is one of the leading computer system manufacturers in the US, pumping out awesome gaming rigs and entry level systems. They use some of the best hardware available and really put together systems that anyone would enjoy. They were nice enough to invite us up to their suite to check out all of their new systems. Read on to see what CyberPower has in store for you in 2009.
The first system that we were shown was the Gamer Infinity 8800 which is based on the Intel Core i7 processor. What really sets this system off is the case that CyberPower is using, the SilverStone Raven case. Also CyberPower has included the NZXT Sentry LX on the front of the case. The base system starts at $2055, which gives you an Intel Core i7-940, MSI X58 Platinum, 6GB of DDR3 memory, a Nvidia GeForce GTX295, 800W PSU, 1TB hard drive, Blu-ray drive and DVD burner. Of course you have the option to totally max out the system with 3 video cards, tons of memory, and a Core i7 Extreme processor.
CyberPower’s Black Pearl system is even more powerful then the Gamer Infinity with an Intel Core i7-965 Extreme Processor, 12GB of memory, 2x ATI Radeon 4870 X2’s, 2x 300GB Western Digital VelociRaptor drives in RAID-0, another 1TB hard drive, Blu-ray drive and DVD burner. All of this inside the Cooler Master ATCS 840 case and only $3869. Just like all CyberPower systems you can max it out as well.
CyberPower is also offering many of their systems in the Cooler Master Black Label case.
The Gamer Xtreme XI is one of CyberPower’s most powerful systems with a Core i7-965 Extreme Processor, 2x Nvidia GeForce GTX280 1GB cards, 12GB of memory, ASUS P6T Deluxe motherboard, 2x 128GB Solid State hard drives (RAID-0), 2x 1TB SATA drives, Blu-Ray drive and a DVD burner. CyberPower uses the NZXT Khaos case with the Sentry module as well. Prices on this bad boy start at $4875.
CyberPower already has a Phenom II gaming system! They are calling it the Gamer Dragon CrossFireX Ultimate. Inside you will find an AMD Phenom II X4 940 Quad-Core CPU, Biostar TA790GX motherboard, 4GB of DDR2 memory, 2x Radeon HD 4870’s, 1TB SATA hard drive, Blu-ray drive and a DVD-ROM drive. All of this inside the NZXT Khaos case with the Sentry module. Prices start at $2285.
CyberPower also has a system for video editors and people doing graphics and animation. This Intel system features an Nvidia Quadro CX video card. If you didn’t know the Quadro CX is the accelerator for Adobe Creative Suite 4 which means you will be able to create content even faster. You are able to encode H.264 video 4x faster with Nvidia’s CUDA-enabled plugin for Premier CS4. This system is also loaded with memory a SSD drive and 2 SATA drives, all inside the NZXT Whisper Case so things will be quiet.
Finally if you didn’t know CyberPower also makes gaming notebooks. Their newest model features an Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600, dual Nvidia GeForce Go 9800M-GTX 1GB video cards, 4GB of DDR2 memory, 320GB hard drive and an 8x DVD burner. This configuration is $3349, but of course you can add and subtract things to change the price.
