AZZA Taurus 5000 Case Review

Final Thoughts
AZZA has done a great job with the Taurus 5000. It definitely feels like an AZZA case and it has quite a lot of features. First off you have room for all of the latest hardware, long graphics cards, tall CPU coolers, and up to eight hard drives! There are five included fans, something you pretty much never see with most cases these days, and four of those fans light up white. To compliment the white fans you have RGB LEDs that surround the side panel window which you can control via the button on the top of the case.

With that said the Taurus 5000 seems to be missing out on some features that could make it an even better case. First, AZZA tells us that the largest radiator that the case can fit is a 240 mm. That seems small considering this is a full-tower case. AZZA could have made the front part of the case fully-modular so you could remove the 5.25-inch drive bays and that could make room for larger radiators. Also with all of the space in this case, especially on the backside of the motherboard it seems like AZZA could have put some SSD mounts back there. Say I wanted to remove both hard drive cages to make room for water cooling hardware, it would be nice to be able to mount my SSDs on the backside of the motherboard tray out of the way. When you install SSDs in the included trays you won’t be able to use 90-degree angle SSD cables.

At the end of the day the AZZA Taurus 5000 is a good full tower case that offers a lot of cooling at a very low price. Right now you can pick up the case for $114.99 at our favorite online retailer. Overall ThinkComputers gives the AZZA Taurus 5000 Full Tower Case an 8 out of 10 score.
