ASUS Introduces The GeForce GTX 1070 Turbo

ASUS has introduced a new GeForce GTX 1070 model in their GeForce GTX 1070 Turbo graphics card (model: TURBO-GTX1070-8G). The card has the exact same design as the GeForce GTX 1080 Turbo ASUS launched earlier this month. This card could be the most affordable GTX 1070 from the company, priced close to the $379 baseline price NVIDIA has set for the GTX 1070.

The card itself features a lateral cooling solution on top of the custom-designed PCB by ASUS, which draws power from a single 8-pin PCIe power connector. The card has the NVIDIA reference clocks of 1503 MHz core, 1683 MHz GPU Boost, and 8.0 GHz (GDDR5-effective) memory. One of the cool features of the card is a 4-pin PWM case-fan header, which allows you to sync a fan to the card’s temperature, controlled via software.
