AMD Ryzen ThreadRipper TDP and Cache Sizes Confirmed

We’ve already told you about the three Ryzen ThreadRipper SKUs that AMD announced over the weekend, but two specifications of these processors were missing, their TDPs and cache amounts. Well now we know these specifications. The two Ryzen ThreadRipper models which will be available first from August 10th will be the 12-core, 24-thread 1920X and flagship 16-core, 32-thread 1950X. Both of these models will feature the full 32 MB of L3 cache available from the pair of “Summit Ridge” dies, that works out to “total cache” (L2+L3) amounts of 38 MB for the 1920X and 40 MB for the 1950X. The TDPs of these chips are the same at 180W. We still do not know the cache and TDP values for the 8-core, 16-thread 1900X.
