AMD does not want all of the attention to be on NVIDIA since they are holding their GeForce event right now. So they have also setup a brief demonstration of their upcoming Radeon R9 290X graphics card and have allowed many sites to post benchmark tests at 4K resolution.
While we have seen many benchmarks of the R9 290X just the other day the card really is meant to be tested at 4K (3840×2160) resolution. In the tests the R9 290X is pitted directly against the GeForce GTX 780.
