Aerocool PGS Vs-9 Mid Tower Case Review

External Overview
The Aerocool PGS Vs-9 might seem like a weird name for the case. The PGS stands “Performance Gaming Systems” while the Vs stands for “Value Added Series”. The case has a complete black finish, both inside and out, and supports up to 295mm (11.6in) video cards among many other features. The front bezel is full of covers for the nine 5.25” drive slots available for use.

Towards the bottom of the bezel is the Aerocool logo embedded into the bottom bay and the PGS logo embedded into the fourth bay up. The PGS Vs-9 also has easy access I/O ports on the left of the bezel which include power/reset buttons, two USB and mic/audio ports.

The top of the case has a large area of ventilation holes for airflow. A nice feature about these holes is that they work perfectly when installing fans up to two 140mm; you can install them in almost any position.

The side panel has a similarly sized ventilation cutout, also allowing you to install up to two 140mm fans.

The rear panel of the case has your standard rear components: motherboard I/O slot, rear fan, and even expansion slots. It does also have larger than average water-cooling holes, a bottom mounted PUS which allows you to face the fan up or down, and handles on each of the side panels which fold flat onto the rear of the case.
