Corsair Obsidian 1000D Leaked On Amazon

We have not seen a "big boy" case from Corsair since their Obsidian 900D was released back in 2013. While the 900D is still a great case it does seem a little bit dated as many new cases are offering RGB lighting, tempered glass panels, USB 3.0 connectors and more. Well it looks like we will see a new "big boy" case from Corsair very soon as the Obsidian 1000D (model: CC-9011115-WW) was leaked to Amazon over the weekend with a price tag of $500.

Is NVIDIA’s GeForce Partner Program Anti-Competitive?

A recent report from Kyle Bennet over at HardOCP has found some very interesting information about NVIDIA's new GeForce Partner Program. What is the GeForce Partner Program? You can read NVIDIA's own blog post about the program, but the whole idea behind the program is to, "ensure that gamers have full transparency into the GPU platform and software they’re being sold, and can confidently select products that carry the NVIDIA GeForce promise." This all sounds great, but when Kyle was approached by AMD to take a closer look into NVIDIA's GPP he found evidence that this new program aims to push board partners to not release products from other manufacturers, mainly AMD.

Phanteks Evolv Shift X Case Review

The Phanteks Evolv Shift X immediately strikes you as a unique and beautiful work of steel and glass. It is incredibly aesthetically pleasing. Striking even. However, as we take a moment and ponder further we see that beauty, as it often does, comes at a cost. This chassis will accept only Mini ITX motherboards, it is small. The length or height (depending on orientation) hides the fact that this case is basically SFF and as such must be approached with care and tact. Rumors Flying Over AMD Takeover

There have been rumors circulating around Wall Street that an AMD takeover might happen. These are "unconfirmed takeover rumors" according to Bloomberg, but I think an acquisition of AMD makes sense for a handful of companies.
