Windows 10 to have BitTirrent-like Updates

It looks like Microsoft will be changing the way Windows updates are pushed out to users. The Verge has noticed that the latest leaked version of Windows 10 is letting you get updates through peer-to-peer means. This includes different updates from other computers on your network or even online.

Having peer-to-peer Windows updates would definitely speed up the update process as well as save bandwidth for people who are on capped data plans. We are not sure if this feature will be in the final version of Windows 10, but we hope Microsoft keeps it in there. A new public of release of Windows 10 is coming soon, so we hope to see it in there!
