The back of the unit has a honeycomb design which allows air to easily flow in and out. You also have your power connection and on / off button back there. There is not much on the front of the unit except for a Thermaltake emblem and a hole where all of your cables come out of the unit. This hole has a protection ring around it so you will not rip your cables.
