Thermaltake Introduces the Core X31 Case

Earlier this week we reviewed the Core X71 full tower case, which was a pretty awesome case. Also announced at CES this week was the smaller Core X31. Thermaltake knows that many people do not have the need for the Core X71 so the Core X31 is for people who are just looking for a mid tower.

The Core X31 is based off Thermaltake’s Suppressor F31 so it has that wide body design. This means you will have a lot of room inside the case to route cables behind the motherboard tray. The Core X31 is basically the top part of the Core X71. Inside the case you have room for motherboards up to ATX in size, long graphics cards, and CPU coolers up to 180 mm in height. There is a single hard drive cage which has three trays inside.

As far as watercooling support you can fit 360 mm radiators in the front and top of the case. The case has a nice side panel window so you can show off all of your gear inside. There is a power supply cover that has two SSD mounts on it as well. The Core X31 is available now.
