Conclusion
Overall the Frio OCK is a powerful cooler. While it can achieve some pretty good temperatures on high fan speeds, it’s just quite annoying to have your case sound like a car engine. I recommend using the fans anywhere between low-medium speeds to get the best performance/silence ratio, unless however you don’t really care about the sound then blast the fans all the way.
The cooler has an MSRP of $79.99, but can be found at my favorite online retailer for around $74.99. The price is a little hefty for this cooler, more than I would consider paying for, but that’s what you get when you’re paying for a well-known brand with high quality materials. Despite the decent cooling performance, I still found clearance during installation to be a major issue. Overall ThinkComputers would like to award the Thermaltake Frio OCK CPU Cooler a 7 out of 10 score.

Pros:
- Dual fans
- Looks great
- Powerful cooling
Cons:
- Fans sound like a car engine when on high
- Multiple clearance issues during installation
i also use this cooler on the same processor 1100t. is that the coretemp or the average overall temp like on TMPIN1-2 or so on?
