Testing
The following system was used in testing:

Case:  NZXT H2
Motherboard: ASRock 890FX Deluxe5
CPU: AMD Phenom II X6 1100T Black Edition Thuban 3.3GHz
Memory: 2x2GB Patriot Gseries DDR3 PC3-12800 1600MHz
Power Supply: In Win Commander II 1200W
Video Card: Sparkle Calibre 9800GTX+ 512MB
CPU cooling:

Tests were conducted under idle and load states. The computer was left to sit after 30 minutes after being turned on to check the idle temperature. The load temperature was found by running the latest version of Prime95 which supports multi-core CPUs by default. Temperatures were obtained through SpeedFan.

Testing provided some matching results with the Arctic Cooling Freezer 13 Pro which we recently tested. However, these temperatures were only achieved by having the fans on high speeds, which when on high speeds make your case sound like a car engine. The Frio OCK didn’t do awful under low conditions, considering the tests were conducted in a case that was designed for silence, not cooling.
