Routers have had MIMO for a while, but MU-MIMO is still relatively new and routers are just now starting to take advantage of it. Linksys announced two new routers, the first is EA9500 which has a max throughput of 5.3Gbps. The second new router is EA7500 that has a max throughput of 1900Mbps.

SanDisk has just announced their Extreme 500 and Extreme 900 series portable solid state drives. The Extreme 900 series will be available 480GB, 960GB and 1.92TB capacities. These will be priced at $399.99, $599.99, and $999.99. The Extreme 900 series is the larger drive shown in the photo below.
When it comes to choosing a portable hard drive there are quite a lot of options to choose from. When I am looking for a portable hard drive the things I consider is performance, protection, and security. Patriot has just announced the development of a Type-C USB flash drive for the new Macbook, Google Chromebook Pixel and other Type-C equipped notebook and systems. It seems we will start seeing many Type-C devices come out this summer as USB Type-C connections start showing up on more devices.
