Last month we took a look at Reeven’s Okeanos CPU Cooler, which performed quite well. It was a dual tower cooler, today we will be taking a look at their single-tower Justice (RC-1204) CPU cooler. This cooler features a wider aluminum fin surface that carries heat away faster, six 6mm nickel-plated copper heatpipes, and a 120 mm PWM fan. From the looks of it installation should be pretty simple with this cooler as well. Let’s jump in and see if the Justice can keep our Core i7-4790K nice and cool!
Noctua has announces two new coolers in their award winning NH-U series of CPU coolers. The NH-U12S and NH-U14S are tower coolers and are made to be quiet. They feature a slim layout which is made to provide maximum RAM compatibility. Like most Noctua coolers they use the SecuFirm2 multi-socket mounting system and come with Noctua’s HT-H1 thermal compound.
Tower coolers are becoming more and more popular due to their high powered cooling abilities, while horizontal coolers are becoming less prevalent. The reason being is they just don’t work as good as towered coolers. What if I told you there was a horizontal, low profile cooler that will not only fit over your RAM with high heat spreaders, but also provide decent cooling power. The Cooler Master Gemin II S524 is a CPU cooler that has all of that and more. Read on further to see what all it has in store.
Just a little while ago we took a look at Noctua’s NH-C14 CPU cooler, it featured a C-shape top down design and proved to be one of the best performing CPU coolers we have tested this year! Well today we are going to look at the C14’s brother the NH-D14. It features an asymmetrical tower-type design with 2 large fans. This once again is a huge CPU cooler, but knowing Noctua it will provide great cooling and run pretty silent. Let’s check it out!
