Last year we took a look at ROCCAT’s ISKU Illuminated gaming keyboard and we really did like it, especially for the fact that was not a mechanical keyboard, but was still very comfortable and had many features that gamers would enjoy. While the original ISKU did have blue backlit keys many gamers wanted customization over the color of the backlighting. This is where the ISKU FX comes in, it adds customizable backlighting to the ISKU keyboard enabling you to change the color to any color you would like and it also adds in some cool lighting effects. Read on as we take a look.
When I got my hands on this mouse, I was thrilled to be doing the review. The German company ROCCAT is one of the top of the line gaming peripherals companies around today, very well known in Europe. Their USA launch started in 2012 and has been making a big impact with gamers. They started out with the Kone, then came the Kone[+], and now the Kone XTD, their flagship mouse. This mouse is powered by an 8200 DPI Pro Aim R3 laser sensor, a commanding 32-bit Turbo Core V2 72MHz ARM MCU processor, and the most advanced Tracking & Distance Control Unit around – all working in clockwork unison to deliver world-beating battle ability.
If you are a serious gamer you are not using a wireless mouse. The main reasons are that it could lose battery or there would be some sort of interference with the wireless signal. While these might not be major issues when browsing the internet, but when you are about to get a headshot and it happens its a MAJOR problem. While wired mice are great they do have one drawback, the cord. In many cases the cord actually causes drag or may simply get in the way, which can affect your aim when gaming. The answer to this is what we know as a mouse bungee. It is a device that lifts this cord off of your desk which not only eliminates the drag, but gets it out of the way. The ROCCAT Apuri is not only a mouse bungee, but it also has 4 powered USB ports on it as well. Will you be adding this to your gaming arsenal? Read on as we take a look…

Granted, I haven’t been using printer paper, but my first foray into a real mousepad wasn’t that long ago. The first true “gaming” mouse pad I ever used was given to me by my best friend, erad1cate. He purchase an Alienware (Dell) laptop online and it came with a hard plastic “gaming surface”. Since his girlfriend had already purchased him an awesome aluminum gaming surface he decided to give me the Alienware one. Immediately I noticed a difference in my play and comfort. What have I been doing all these years? Living uncomfortably, that’s what. Roccat, whose been known for solid input devices, sent us their new Sense High Precision Gaming Mousepad. This budget-friendly surface option is boasted as the solution to all your gaming needs so let’s see if it lives up to that bill.
