ASUS has published over a dozen images of their upcoming Republic of Gamers MATRIX R9 290X and MATRIX GTX 780 Ti graphics cards. Both of these cards make use of a custom PCB and custom cooler.
MSI’s upcoming R9 290X Lightning was been previewed by the guys over at Overclock3D. The R9 290X Lightning will be MSI’s latest “Lightning” card featuring the AMD “Hawaii” GPU along with MSI’s TriFrozr cooling solution and Military IV Class Components.
Sapphire is working a new upcoming Radeon R9 290X in their Vapor-X series. What is interesting about this card is that Sapphire will be doubling the memory over AMD’s reference design, giving you a total of 8GB of VRAM! This will make the Sapphire Radeon R9 290X Vapor-X the first consumer-based graphics card with 8GB of VRAM.
Several manufacturers prepare for the upcoming CES 2014 and it seems as if MSI has got its hands all full with a range of products falling under the Gaming lineup that need some introducing on the much awaited event. MSI preparing to launch the Radeon R9 270X Gaming ITX and Radeon R9 280X Gaming with 6 GB VRAM.
PowerColor has been a leading name in the list of AMD manufacturers and they just recently previewed their Radeon R9 290X PCS+ which is going to be launched soon. This card includes triple fan cooling solution which will protect from heat and cool the AMD’s flagship Hawaii chip. We should be expecting the non reference models of the Radeon R9 290X by next week and it is most likely that they will generate better cooling and overclocking performance.
HIS is preparing their latest Radeon R9 290X IceQ X2 Turbo Edition graphics cards. Information on this card has been leaked as it was listed on Overclockers UK. The card should be available sometime in 2014. The card features HIS’s IceQ X2 cooling solution and has factory overclocked specifications.
XFX has just launched their latest Radeon R9 290X and R9 290 Double Dissipation graphics cards. Just like the same says these cards will features XFX’s own double dissipation cooler. These cards are built on a custom PCB and there is a very cool XFX logo on the shroud that will light up when the card is powered on.
SAPPHIRE has now added two latest models to the top of the range R9 290 and R9 290X graphics cards and both these models have the privilege of being equipped with the SAPPHIRE exclusive Tri-X triple fan cooler, better and enhanced clock speeds and the dual BIOS.
ASUS has recently made an announcement for its Radeon R9 290X DirectCU II series of graphic cards, and this series will incorporate a model that is going to stick to the AMD-reference clocks (which can go up to a 1000 MHz core, 5.00 GHz memory). Another model will also form part of this series and it is the one that offers factory overclocked speeds of up to 1050 MHz core, and 5.40 GHz memory and this one is the DirectCU II OC.
