At Mobile World Congress SanDisk has unveiled the world’s highest capacity microSDXC card. This comes a year after SanDisk announced the record-breaking 128 GB SanDisk Ultra microSDXC card. SanDisk has now increased storage capacity by 56% up to 200 GB and still keeps the same fingernail-sized form factor.
Today ADATA has launched their Premier Series SDHC, SDXC, microSDHC and microSDXC cards. All of these new memory cards implement the UHS-I U1 (compatible with SDA 2.0 speed Class 10) specification. ADATA says these new cards are designed specifically to meet the performance needs of the most commonly used portable electronics like your smartphone and tablet. They are targeting users who are looking for a cost-effective entry to extend their device’s capacity and speed.
