LG Electronics (LG) will be unveiling its newest IPS 21:9 Curved UltraWide Monitor (model 34UC97) and other compelling monitor offerings at IFA 2014 in Berlin, Germany. The world’s first monitor to incorporate a curved IPS screen with a 21:9 aspect ratio, the eye-catching 34-inch monitor provides remarkable picture quality and a range of convenient connectivity options.
We touched base with the Firefox OS team at Digital Experience and got some of the latest developments in the fledgling operating system that combines a Linux kernel with a Gecko-based user experience.
LG was showing a few things at CES Unveiled, but the real buzz was about their G Flex Curved smartphone. This is the worlds first curved flexible smartphone. That means not only is the smartphone curved but it is also flexible meaning you actually can flatten it out if you want!

This is all the courtesy of the enhanced TFT technology which provides for an even back lighting all across the curved surface.
LG’s new curved smartphone is making a lot of appearances in the news and has remained under the limelight for some quite some time now. LG has just announced that it has developed the world’s first LCD panel for monitors featuring Intel Wireless Display (WiDi) technology in collaboration with Intel. This new 23.8-inch display allows users to stream content from their laptop or desktop seamlessly.

Well let us surprise you here, following the footsteps of Samsung and SONY, LG has introduced a range of 4K HDTV of its own. LG Electronics’ latest ultra HD TV series (model: LA9700) which come in variants of 65 and 55 inch screen sizes have been put down for sale for the first time in US this week. LG claims that these are the first Ultra HD sets in these sizes with full “backlit LED screens”.
