We have been hearing about Apple’s upcoming iWatch for some time now. A new source out of Taiwan has put the rumor wheels in motion again as they are saying that Apple will be launching the iWatch in 3 different models.
With the recent fall in Apple’s stock price and the criticism of stock holders, Apple’s CEO Tim Cook announced in the last annual stock holder’s meeting that they were working on great new stuff that would reverse the share price. It has been speculated that this new product is going to be a smart watch being called the iWatch. Apparently such a product supporting multi-touch is being produced by 100 engineers working intensely in Cupertino. Rearranging playlists, responding to text messages, listing phone calls are some of the features the iWatch could have alone with reading a map on the watch with the flick of the wrist.
We have been hearing Apple iWatch rumors for a while now and it seems like Apple will be going ahead with the iWatch project as they have filed for the “iWatch” trademark in Japan. With the popularity of mobile tech and success of other smart watches of course you would expect Apple to be working on some type of wearable device or at least entertain the idea.
Yes you read that right. Apple may be making wrist watches even. There are rumors that Apple may release a smart watch called the iWatch in the third quarter of the year 2014. This surprising story has come out with courtesy of a KGI Securities Analyst who is also of the view that the purpose of iWatch will not only be time telling, or displaying information but it will be something more than that. The iWatch will be useful providing safer user identification and superior health tracking features.
