Just 12 hours after going on sale September 14th at 3:01AM EST Apple’s iPhone 5 pre-orders have sold out. So if you did not get your pre-order in you could be waiting up to 2-5 weeks to get your brand new iPhone. Even though to most people the iPhone 5 was not something that really blew them away as expected since this is a brand new Apple product they are in high demand.

Earlier today all eyes were on Apple as they unveiled their latest iPhone, dubbed the iPhone 5. Apple has just sent out invitations to members of the press for an event on September 12, 2012. The invitation shows a large number “12″ with a prominent shadow of a number “5″. It is no question that this event is where Apple will announce the next iPhone, referred to as many as the iPhone 5. After seeing the invitation there is no doubt that the new iPhone will be called the iPhone 5. The event will be held at 10AM Pacific Time (1PM Eastern) at San Francisco’s Buena Center for the Arts.

Rumors and leaks for the iPhone 5 have been all over the internet for the past few months. I don’t think there has been a day when I haven’t seen something about Apple’s upcoming iPhone. There are some things that we know already, it will have a larger touchscreen, 4G LTE connectivity, and a smaller dock connector. Now it is very likely that it will now receive a processor upgrade to an A6 processor.

If you are anything like me you have a home theater setup with multiple devices. With all of those devices comes remotes, remotes that are hard to keep track of and easy to lose.
