Apple has just sent out invitations to members of the press for an event on September 12, 2012. The invitation shows a large number “12″ with a prominent shadow of a number “5″. It is no question that this event is where Apple will announce the next iPhone, referred to as many as the iPhone 5. After seeing the invitation there is no doubt that the new iPhone will be called the iPhone 5. Rumors and leaks for the iPhone 5 have been all over the internet for the past few months. I don’t think there has been a day when I haven’t seen something about Apple’s upcoming iPhone. There are some things that we know already, it will have a larger touchscreen, 4G LTE connectivity, and a smaller dock connector.
