The internet being what it is was not satisfied with Apple’s statement and a new website was created called One of the Nine. The goal was to collect photos of bent iPhones to show that more than nine units were affected like Apple said. Not much media coverage was brought to the site, but they have already received 327 photos of bent iPhones. The first 300 images have been turned into a video that you see below.
The first benchmark of the iPhone 6 has been revealed and it shows only a small improvement over the iPhone 5s. The first iPhone 6 benchmark is from the GPU testing Basemark X suite from Rightware. In the benchmark we can see that the iPhone 6 scores 21,204 points compared to the iPhone 5s’s 20,253.
After months and months of rumors, supposed leaks and renderings the iPhone 6 is here! Apple is releasing two iPhone models this time, the iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus. As you can guess the iPhone 6 is the normal-size model at 4.7-inches and the iPhone 6 Plus is the larger model at 5.5-inches. Both models are pretty much the same, but we will be going over the differences between the two and all of the information you need to know about the iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus.
Today we expect Apple to launch their new iPhone 6 models, actually in just a couple of hours. Working iPhone 6 images have been leaked by NWE. These images show a working iPhone 6 Gold Edition.
With only four days left until Apple’s official announcement the internet is littered with iPhone 6 rumors. Interestingly enough I received an e-mail today from a company that makes mobile accessories. They were announcing their new products for the iPhone 6 and the press shots have actual photos of the phone itself in the accessories! These would be the first legitimate photos of Apple’s upcoming iPhone 6.
For almost a year now we have seen renders of what many people think the iPhone 6 would look like. Well for those looking for an actual real picture of the phone, the wait is over. The guys at KitGuru have obtained what they claim to be the first actual photo of the iPhone 6.
There have been many rumors circulating around about upcoming Apple devices, but not that much has been said about the processor that will be powering these devices. Apple’s A8 Processor, which will power these devices will is said to have a clock speed of 2 GHz or higher.
Yesterday we talked about Apple releasing a 4.7-inch and 5.5-inch iPhone. Well now more rumors are surfacing to support this, leaked images have been posted on a Chinese forum of the front panel of the phone and a molding of the phone itself.
If Apple follows their typical release schedule, the new iPhone will be available sometime this summer, and the rumors are already flying about what that’s going to contain. With rival phones from Android stepping up their game, will Apple feel the pressure to do something completely new and spectacular? Maybe it’ll be like the 4S, which made small improvements to the iPhone 4 but didn’t break out of the mold too much. Nobody really knows, as Apple hasn’t provided us with any official information yet, but there are some of the speculated changes.
We have had so many rumours about the iPhone 6 that it is hard to keep a track. The latest rumour has it that the iPhone 6 will feature a 4.5 inch edge to edge display screen. The Retina-class true display will certainly attract a large chunk of customers. Some marketing images were recently posted to iPhone-MY.com and that is where we get the idea that the ‘edge’ will be removed all together.
