The Mini-ITX form factor has been extremely popular lately since it is so compact, but still offers great features. MSI has introduced three new LGA1150 Haswell mini-ITX motherboards that are basically the same, but they will be running on different chipsets. These motherboards include the Z87I, B85I and the H87I.
CyberPowerPC which is a global manufacturer of custom gaming PCs like the other traditional PC builders is restoring its product offerings with intel’s new 4th generation core Haswell processors and Z87 based motherboards which assures maximum power efficiency and graphic performance. CyberPowerPC will offer the new CPUs with the fast Z87 Express chipset in the complete Zeus Evo thunder series, which is a designed to satisfy gaming enthusiasts. It will be offered for both generation core i5 and core i7 series.
Apple’s WWDC is expected to take place next week in San Francisco. Assumptions are that most likely Apple’s notebook line up will get the modifications. Since Intel is also planning to release its latest Haswell processor this week, Apple will come up with some significant upgrades as well.

I’m sure you have been hearing the reports about compatibility issues with Haswell desktop processors and certain power supplies. That is because Haswell processors have a new sleep state called C6 and C7. In these states the processor is nearly shut off, bringing down the power consumption. Intel’s laptop processors in the Haswell will have the same feature as well as better power effeciency. Intel has said that Haswell processsors offer 50% more battery life in laptops than did their “Ivy Bridge” predecessors did.
