BIOSTAR has just released their Hi-Fi A88W 3D motherboard. This motherboard is based on AMD’s FM2+ socket design that supports multi-core (x4, x2) socket FM2+/FM2 processors in AMD’s A-Series and E2-Series.
MSI unveiled their first FM2+ socket motherboards at the Consumer Electronics Show earlier this month and they are launching them today. The A88X-G45 Gaming and the A88XM Gaming motherboards are the first gaming motherboards from MSI for the AMD FM2+ socket.
For upcoming Kaveri APUs, the latest MSI A88X-G43 motherboard has been launched by the MSI team. Featuring all the military class IV components, the 6+2 Phase PWM also comes with OC Certified components to deliver the best in quality and performance. The FM2+ socket supports all Kaveri APUs and is fully usable with Richland/Trinity.
With the upcoming APUs on the way many motherboard manufacturers are launching their A88X chipset based FM2+ motherboards. Gigabyte announced its new FM2+ motherboard lineup supporting the forthcoming ‘Keveri’ AMD APUs with support for existing socket FM2 Trinity and Richland APUs.
ASUS is considered to be the world’s first producer to expose their FM2+ motherboards lineup for the next generation of Kaveri APUs. The new FM2+ motherboards from ASUS include the A88XM-A and A55BM-A motherboards which include the FM2+ socket to support AMD’s current and soon to come generation of APUs.
