The ThinkPad X1 Carbon has been Lenovo’s best Ultrabook for business and to start off 2014 they have fixed some of the minor issues with the original version and added a few things as well. One of the additions is the adaptive keyboard, which is one of the coolest things that I have seen so far at CES.

Unfortunately, current range extenders don’t really do the job, so TP-LINK has released TL-WPA4220KIT. Be quiet! is starting off 2014 by showing off some of their brand new CPU coolers at CES 2014. Be quiet’s Dark Rock series has been around for a while and it is back with the Dark Rock 3 and Dark Rock Pro 3. They were also showing off a very slim cooler in their Shadow Rock Slim model.
French storage giant LaCie teamed up with French silversmith Christofle to produce a limited edition, hand crafted external USB 3.0 storage device called the Sphere. This spherical object weighs a few pounds and houses a 1 TB, bus-powered, 2.5″ hard drive.
LaCie and designer Constance Guisset designed the Culbuto, a 16 GB USB3 flash drive with a balled end. “Culbuto” means “rolly polly” in French, and is basically the French concept of a Weeble.
