Psyko Audio dubs their headet ‘the perfect room’. Does it live up to the hype? It most certainly does! True 5.1 sound delivered via WaveGuides (air tubes) to their correct position. What does all of this mean? It means, that you get every sound right where it belongs.
CoolIT makes excellent, self-contained water cooling products meant for folks who are interested in cooling their systems with water but don’t want to take the risks of damaging their components. Last year, CoolIT introduced the Domino self-contained water cooling apparatus, but this year, CoolIT takes it several steps further, including introducing a wireless monitoring system for fans, lights, and such.
Our friends at Thermaltake were nice enough to invite us to their suite at the Venetian to check out some of their new products. This year, Thermaltake has quite a few new products and even some different products that you wouldn’t think they would be releasing. On the LUXA2 side of things, they had some new products as well. ThinkComputers editor Colin Dean will be competing in the Systemax’s 13th Annual Build Your Own PC Race for Charity, sponsored by Intel and CA. The event takes place 5:30-8:00 p.m. PST on Thursday, January 7, 2010 at the Wynn Hotel and Resort in Las Vegas.
One of the best press events during CES is Digital Experience, which is put on by Pepcom. Pepcom really brings together a lot of companies for a great event. This year the theme for the event was “Safari” and they pulled it off quite well with great food, a safari atmosphere, and of course all of the latest gadgets. That’s right the ThinkComputers staff has made it to Vegas for CES. As many of you know CES is the largest trade show in North America! We will be there covering all of the new hardware, gadgets, etc. The week is very crazy, but check back to the site each day as we should have at least 1 post a day from the show floor.
