Lunch at Piero’s is always a great event during CES that we always try to attend. Piero’s Italian Restaurant is located within walking distance from the Convention Center and each year they have a 2 day luncheon for media. During this luncheon they invite companies to show off new products and technologies. We really like this event because we get a 1 on 1 with companies in a more relaxed atmosphere. Let’s see some of the cool things we saw this year at Lunch at Piero’s.
We have taken a look a quite a few Lowepro bags over the past few years here at ThinkComputers, but most of them have been a combination camera and laptop bag. Today we get the chance to look at one of the camera bags that I’ve wanted to check out for quite a while, the SlingShot 100 AW. No trying to figure out firewire or anything like that you just plug the Flip right into your computer! Today we are looking at the Flip MinoHD, the latest offering from Pure Digital. Digital cameras are something I think everyone should have. They make it so easy to take photos and save them on your computer. There is so much you can do with digital photos that there is no reason to not have a digital camera, especially since they are so affordable now. Today I will be taking a look at the Kodak EasyShare V1253 digital camera, which is a 12-megapixel camera, it has a 3.1-inch LCD, 3X optical zoom lens, and can record HD video. Can you believe all of that is only $149.99 from Geeks.com, which is a great place to find cheap digital cameras.
