It seems like we might be able to get our hands on some details regarding the Call of Duty: Ghosts DLC since Infinity Ward has unintentionally leaked a few bits. Maps which form part of the downloadable content of this game have also been leaked in these details. The most surprising is the visibility of the internal dev playlist to the public (the players) and this comes as a bit of a surprise.
It seems like the Call of Duty: Ghosts release has been giving a tough time to GTA V since it is already taking over the title of the fastest selling game and all this in only the past 24 hours. The comparison says it all; within the 24 hours of release, the GTA V made sales of $800,000 and now this figure has been over taken by the Call of Duty: Ghosts as its sales hit the mark of $1 Billion.
It was rumored that the PS4 was going to get a higher resolution for this game and this rumor was confirmed by Mark Rubin. This confirmation was gotten from the tweet which he made and stated that the game would run at 1080p (native) and at full HD on PS4 while it will run at 1080p upscaled from 720p on Xbox One.
It has finally been confirmed by the Infinity Ward that the Call Of Duty: Ghosts will have a native resolution of 1080p to run on the PS4 while for the Xbox One, its version is going to run at 1080p (which is an upscaled from 720p). The output of the game is going to be 60fps for both the consoles likewise.
Call of Duty: Ghosts ‘Extinction’ mode pictures have been leaked and they give is some more insight on this new game mode. Call of Duty: Ghosts is set to release in little over a week and not much information on Extinction mode has been known until now.
