Welcome to another Case Mod Friday showcase! This week we have twister7800gtx’s “Refl3ctoR 900D” build. Here is what he had to say about it, “After the last Mod I made last year, the 8.0.0.D, a mod built upon the Corsair 800D, this year I decided to create a new project based on the very new Corsair 900D. This work shall be an evolution of the previous project trying to solve some of the limits that had occurred previously with some evolutions and graphic optimizations”
Welcome to another Case Mod Friday showcase! This week we have greggus’s “Out of Mana v2.0” build. Here is what he had to say about it, “A fully watercooled black & blue themed build housed in a slightly modified 900D. What I want to achieve with this build? A big massive looking build. Something heavy, with a lot of fittings. Industrial heavy machine style!”
Origin PC has announced they have added the Corsair 900D full tower case to their GENESIS desktop lineup. Of course Origin is not going to use just any normal 900D, they have made it all red with Origin logos on the side and front. The Origin Genesis Corsair 900D and can be configured with up to 4-way SLI liquid-cooled graphics cards, CRYOGENIC Liquid-Cooling Solution for both CPU and GPU, and up to five radiator mounting points, plus dual-power supplies and nine HDD bays.
The last time I attended a Corsair press event was when Corsair announced they were expanding their product line beyond just memory products. Things sure have changed since then! Corsair is one of the premier brands not only in memory, but now in cases, gaming accessories and power supplies. At yesterday’s press event Corsair announced many different products but the two that stuck out to me were the Voyager Air, which introduced an entire new product category for Corsair and the Obsidian 900D Case, which is the update everyone has been waiting for of the original 800D case.
